So I signed up for CenturyLink gigabit internet about 2 weeks ago as a brand new customer. The original tech botched the install--the internet was cutting out every hour or two, and the tech put the cable through the wall in the totally wrong place (it was blocking my washing machine, and I had explicitly showed him where to put it and he forgot).
