Both look to be OK - the Mac address for 192.168.9.1 (the router) matches that which I see on the draytek web management status page. Port 443 is open by default for SSL VPN. Go to VPN and Remote Access > Remote Access Control and disable SSL VPN. Port 443 will still remain open if management from the internet is enabled using the default port but this will be restricted to specific IP addresses under System Maintenance > Management > Access List from the Internet

There are two methods to make the Web Login page not be seen on default HTTPS page from the internet, we can do either of the following configuration changes if you do not use the SSL VPN feature of the Vigor Router.

We've got some people in a managed office building. They are using a Draytek 2830 router. The local lan IP is 192.168.1.1. I've set the remote management on Port 80 on the Draytek.
